How many times have we heard how beneficial it is to exercise during the months of pregnancy and even more so after childbirth. Some people aim to engage in sports after giving birth for health reasons, while others do so for aesthetic reasons to regain their pre-pregnancy body. 

The changes that occur in women's bodies during pregnancy cause aches and discomfort such as low back pain, backaches, and instability in knees and ankles that need to be monitored by a doctor and a physiotherapist.
