We, as physiotherapists, advise reducing or limiting the hours our children spend on television, video games, computers, or the Internet, and replacing them with physical activity. It doesn't matter what exercise we do; the important thing is to move. Nowadays, society is increasingly adapting more and better centers where our children can engage in different activities. It's important to find something they enjoy and are motivated by.
Monitoring what they eat is an important factor. If they engage in physical activity, they can eat without as much control, and their health will improve in every way.
